Refund Policy

At Walsh Tech Logic, we are committed to delivering high-quality technical solutions that meet the specific needs of your business. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which you may be eligible for a refund for our various services. We encourage you to read this policy carefully before engaging our services.

1. General Policy

Due to the customized and time-intensive nature of our work, all sales are considered final except as expressly provided in this policy. We strongly recommend that you discuss your requirements with us thoroughly before initiating any project to ensure our services align with your expectations.

2. Service-Specific Refund Terms

2.1 Technical Efficiency Audit

The Technical Efficiency Audit involves a forensic review of your current technology spend and operational workflows, culminating in a hard-logic roadmap. Because we invest significant time and expertise from the moment we begin analysis, fees for this service are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you cancel before we start the audit (i.e., before we have accessed any of your systems or conducted an initial consultation), you may request a full refund minus a $100 administrative processing fee.

2.2 System Integration & Overhaul

This project-based service involves connecting separate business tools into one cohesive system. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of the project:

  • Prior to Work Commencement: If you cancel before we have started any configuration or development work, you may receive a full refund of any payments made, less a $250 cancellation fee to cover initial planning and resource allocation.
  • During Active Development (before 50% completion): If you cancel after work has begun but before the project is substantially complete (as determined by a mutually agreed milestone schedule), you may be eligible for a prorated refund. We will retain fees proportional to the work completed up to the cancellation date, plus any non-recoverable third-party costs incurred on your behalf (e.g., software licenses).
  • After Substantial Completion (50% or more): No refunds will be issued. The project will be considered delivered as-is, and the remaining balance (if any) will be due.

2.3 Workflow Automation Blueprint

Similar to System Integration, refunds for Workflow Automation Blueprint are determined by the project stage:

  • Cancellation before discovery/planning phase: Full refund less $150 administrative fee.
  • Cancellation after planning but before implementation: 50% of the project fee is non-refundable.
  • Cancellation after implementation has begun: No refund.

2.4 Managed Operational Support

Our Managed Operational Support is billed on a monthly retainer basis.

  • Current Month: Payments for the current month are non-refundable. If you cancel partway through a month, you will continue to receive support until the end of that billing period, but no portion of the monthly fee will be returned.
  • Future Months: You may cancel future months of support at any time with at least 15 days' written notice before the next billing date. No refund will be issued for future months that have not yet been billed.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us in writing using the information provided at the end of this policy. Your request must include:

  • Your full name and company name.
  • The service for which you are requesting a refund.
  • The date of purchase/engagement.
  • A detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.

We will review your request within 10 business days and notify you of our decision. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 business days.

4. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with our services and a refund is not available under this policy, we encourage you to contact us to discuss the issue. We are committed to client satisfaction and will work in good faith to resolve any concerns. Any disputes regarding refunds shall be governed by the dispute resolution provisions set forth in our Terms of Service.

5. Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances, Walsh Tech Logic may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial or full refund outside the parameters of this policy. Such exceptions do not establish a precedent or obligate us to provide similar accommodations in the future.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. The "Effective" date at the top indicates when this policy was last revised. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
